Logline

Tummy Tom and Cat Mouse discover an egg in the barn. When it hatches, the little duckling believes they are his parents. The cats learn what it means to care for a little one. When the duckling becomes sad after realizing he is different from his cat parents, they help him discover who he truly is.

Synopsis

Spring has arrived and everything in the garden is coming back to life! Tummy Tom and Cat Mouse discover an egg in the shed. Who could it belong to? The curious cats decide to take the egg to the chickens, but none of the chickens seem to be missing an egg. Then the egg hatches and an adorable little duckling emerges! The cheerful little duckling thinks Tummy Tom is his mother and follows him everywhere. From playmates, Tummy Tom and Cat Mouse suddenly become mum and dad.

Together they discover how complicated it is to look after such a little troublemaker. The duckling becomes sad when he realises he is different from his cat parents.

Tummy Tom and Cat Mouse want to help him discover who he really is. And where is his real mother, anyway?

A heart-warming adventure about growing up, looking after one another and being yourself.
